The prices quoted on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We only deliver within Europe.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge € 5.00 per order for delivery within Austria (from € 99 order value we deliver free of charge within Austria) and € 7.50 per order to Germany. In the remaining EU countries we charge € 12 per order and in third countries in Europe we charge € 15 per order. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e.g. vouchers sent by email).
The above prices apply exclusively to private customers. The following applies to our business customers: the shipping costs are calculated according to weight and are clearly displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
