Our most popular baby carrier is the SoftTai – simple and customizable. The back part and the straps are made of soft sling fabric made from organic cotton. This makes the SoftTai soft and cuddly right from the start. And very easy to put on.
The SoftTai is the right baby carrier for you if
- you want it to be extra soft
- you have narrow to normal shoulders
- the stretcher is often used by people of different heights
- it should be quick and easy
Our classic is the Fräulein Hübsch Mei Tai – it’s been around since 2009 and a lot of babies have been born with it ♡ The back part is made of soft sling fabric made of organic cotton and the slightly wider straps are made of firm organic cotton twill. They give you a little more support.
The Mei Tai is the right baby carrier for you if
- you have normal to broad shoulders
- you like firmly padded straps to take the weight
- the stretcher is often used by people of different heights
Our WrapCon is the perfect mix of sling and carrying aid. The straps and the back part are made of soft sling fabric made from organic cotton and the straps are as wide as half a sling. This allows you to fan them out over your back and distribute the weight over a large area.
The WrapCon is the right baby carrier for you if
- you prefer the sling, but would like it to be a little faster and easier
- you have sensitive shoulders and/or back
- you don’t want to do without the sling feeling
- the stretcher is often used by people of different heights

FAQ
Wie unterscheiden sich unsere Tragehilfen?
We have 10 years of experience in the field of baby carriers. With the Frl. Hübsch Mei Tai, we were one of the pioneers of adjustable baby carriers made of sling fabric. This knowledge and many years of experience also flow into our WrapCon and the SoftTai.
Our carriers are quick and easy to put on – close the buckle, tighten the straps, tie a knot and you’re done. Especially with different sizes, mothers and fathers save themselves the tedious task of adjusting to another carrier.
Our carriers are comfortable and ergonomic, they grow with your baby and can be used from birth. We offer all our baby carriers in two sizes – you can find information about this here
The baby carriers SoftTai, Mei Tai and WrapCon differ mainly in the type of shoulder straps. The SoftTai has narrower (8cm wide), padded straps made of sling fabric that adapt well to the contours of the shoulders.
The shoulder straps of the Mei Tai are made of strong cotton fabric, are padded and are 10 cm wide. They are comfortable to wear with a little more weight, but not quite as cuddly as the straps of the SoftTai.
Our WrapCon has 33cm wide straps made of sling fabric without padding. They can be fanned out over the shoulders and back like a sling and thus ensure a really pleasant weight distribution. However, it takes a little more moment when tying, but this is offset by the wearing comfort.
Warum ist der Tragekomfort auch für Eltern wichtig?
So that parents can enjoy carrying their baby for a long time and do not have to deal with back pain, they should make sure that the carrier fits them well. Wide shoulder straps distribute the child’s weight over a larger area and are therefore more back-friendly. By crossing the shoulder straps, the back is protected even more. And the wide, well-padded hip belt increases comfort because it distributes the weight more evenly.
Warum soll sich der Steg einer Babytrage verstellen lassen?
The bridge is the broad side of the back part and with a good carrier that grows with the child, this can be adjusted. The optimal position in a baby carrier or sling is the spread-squat position. The babies bend their legs and the baby’s knees are approximately at the height of the baby’s bottom. In order for this squatting to be possible, the carrier must be adjustable in width and grow with the legs and the whole baby. It is therefore important that the bridge can be adjusted on a baby carrier.
